Oren

Oren Blatt

Founder & CEO

Before joining Sun Holdings Group, Oren served for 10 years as an officer in the Israeli Air Force, where he acquired substantial management skills.

 

​Located in Houston, TX, Oren oversees the group's operations in the US, primarily focused on building and leading SYNC Residential management platform.

 

Oren is a graduate of Bar-Ilan University with a Master of Business Administration.

Kendra Roberts

Director of

Property Management

As the Director of Property Management at SYNC, Kendra leads a team of regional managers and oversees the day to day on site operations.   She works in conjunction with the corporate support team to continuously enhance systems, develop policies and procedures and implement best practices to optimize overall property performance.

She holds her CAM designation and MLA certification. Kendra is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and IREM.

Jennifer Vromant

Controller

Jennifer worked her way up in the multifamily industry starting as a leasing agent with an eventual shift to a corporate accounting position. She joined SYNC Residential in 2017 to oversee the Accounting Department, and has since expanded her role to also oversee the company’s IT infrastructures.

 

She is a Mensa member with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Baylor University. She recently earned a CAP certificate from the University of Houston and is currently working towards her CPA designation.

Jeff

Jeff Levey

Director of Asset Management

Jeff is responsible for providing analysis on asset performance and working closely with the management team to drive value throughout the portfolio. His role also includes identifying and pursuing new acquisitions for SHG. 

Jeff’s professional background includes 10 years in Asset Management for Lone Star Funds/Hudson Advisors, where he worked on the Credit Team overseeing $20B AUM, primarily consisting of RMBS/CDOs/Residential Whole Loans.

Jeff holds a Finance – Bachelors of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Neva Taylor

Regional Property Manager

Neva oversees the Central Texas portfolio throughout the San Antonio-Austin corridor. She has been in the multifamily industry since 2001. With a passion for coaching and developing teams and a focus on customer service and economic growth.

 

Neva has extensive experience in class A apartment communities and has served on SAAA and Austin AA committees.

Rudy Villalobos

Regional Property Manager

Rudy oversees our assets in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Missouri City. He has 12 years of experience in the multifamily industry, with a strong background in customer service and servant leadership. He has a strong passion for team development and enjoys coaching his team to be the best versions of themselves.

 

Rudy holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UTSA.

Jacob Blatt

Founder

Mr. Blatt has over 25 years of real estate investment and management experience in residential, commercial & mixed-use projects internationally. He is engaged in all real estate investment decisions for various privately held investment companies.

 

Mr. Blatt was an accountant and tax consultant with Y. Blatt & Company and Cost Levari (later became Ernst & Young) for 12 years.

 

Mr. Blatt is a graduate of Tel Aviv University with a degree in economics and accountancy.

Chris McWilliams

Director of Systems and Strategic Services

Chris worked in property management for over 10 years in leasing, bookkeeping, management, software training, and information management. 

 

Chris oversees all aspects of Training and Development for SYNC Residential, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston, and has a CAM certification from the National Apartment Association

Jered Mansell

Director of Talent Development

Jered joined SYNC with fifteen years of property management experience having worked for some of the most prestigious companies in the multi-family industry. He is responsible for leading the training and development team and ensuring effective and efficient design and delivery of best-in-class training materials to our onsite management teams.

 

Jered holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and Bachelor's degrees in Economics, Political Science, Sociology, and Religious Studies from the University of Arizona.

Michael Hemond

Director of
Maintenance Operations

Michael oversees large capital projects for the SYNC Residential portfolio and is a key member of our due diligence and acquisition team aiding in numerous successful acquisition takeovers. With over 30 years’ experience in multifamily and residential/commercial maintenance, Michael has extensive knowledge in site operations where he started as a painter and progressed through all levels of property maintenance.

Ido Blatt

Founder

Ido holds a L.L.B. (Law) and B.A. (Business Administration; Entrepreneurship) degrees from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, graduating with honors cum laude.

 

In addition to being a member of the Israeli Bar Association, Ido is also a graduate of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program.

Leya Nguyen

Director of Human Resources

Leya joins SYNC Residential with several years of experience in Human Resources in the multifamily industry. She is a strategic HR leader with a flexible problem-solving approach that balances company goals with employee needs. Leya will play a key role within SYNC's Executive Leadership Team by developing and implementing HR initiatives that align closely with our company's vision resulting in increased performance, employee engagement, and profitability.

Director of Marketing

Nancy oversees all aspects of marketing and brand management for SYNC Residential.

Nancy joined SYNC Residential in 2019, bringing over 25 years of experience in marketing and training, and specializes in online optimization and digital media for various grades of apartment communities.

James Gregory

Director of
Capital Projects

James oversees all aspects of construction and capital improvement projects. 

 

James Gregory has been in the Real Estate Construction and Multi-Family industry for over 25 years.  With substantial experience on the ownership/management and vendor/supplier side of the industry.  After a short career in the U.S. Navy during Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield through the mid 90's.  James' experience working for one of the best national General Contractors gave him the experience required to advance into the role he holds today with Sync Residential.

Danasha Richard

Regional Property Manager

Danasha oversees properties in the surrounding areas of Houston, Texas. She has been in the multifamily industry since 2006 and has received her CAM designation from the National Apartment Association.

 

Danasha’s dedication to training and coaching her peers has helped her become an exceptional and well-respected mentor. She has a devoted interest in employee development and resident retention, with a focus on revenue growth and customer service.
